The State Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission has full authority over games of chance.

FIRST: Every non-profit organization desiring to apply for a license to conduct bingo or raffles must register with the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission (LGCCC). Registration from the LGCCC is valid for two years.

SECOND: Complete the application for a Raffle License or Bingo License.

THIRD: Submit your application to the Municipal Clerk, at least 5 weeks prior to the event, in quadruplicate (four copies), with the required fees. Each copy must have original signatures and original notary seal.
