• All e-batteries and e-bikes must not be parked and or stored in front of an exit door.
• Always keep e-batteries at room temperature and avoid heat (above 105F) and cold (below 32F).
• Smoke/Fire detectors should be in an area where e-batteries and e-bikes are parked or stored.
• Fire extinguisher specifically rated for an electrical fire must be near where the e-batteries and e-bikes are parked or stored.

Used only approved UL batteries (some batteries have counterfeit UL labels - make sure there are no words misspelled)

It is suggested that e-bikes with removable e-batteries are purchased as the charging of these batteries can be more closely monitored.

• Always plug directly into the wall outlet for charging.
• Follow the manufacture’s instruction for charging and storage.
• Use only the correctly paired cord and power adapter which is specifically designed for the e-battery which has an auto shutoff feature once the e-battery is sufficiently charged.
• DO NOT keep charging the e-battery after it is fully charged.
• DO NOT use after market (generic) e-batteries and or power cord charging systems.
• DO NOT use extension cords.
• DO NOT use a power strip.
• DO NOT charge overnight or while unattended.
• Unplug charger at night.
