The mission of the Watchung Hills Municipal Alliance is to identify and address the social and health needs of our community by empowering communities to combat substance abuse and its related problems at home, schools and work with proven, practical resources, prevention and education.  We strive to empower communities to implement programs and activities that foster positive communication, strong families, and substance abuse free lives.
