PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT in compliance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act (Ch. 231, Laws of 1975, State of New Jersey), N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq., advance notice is herein provided as of the date listed on this notice that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Watchung shall conduct a SPECIAL MEETING in order to hold the 2022 BUDGET HEARINGS on

SATURDAY, JANUARY 8, 2022 AT 8:30 A.M. and

SATURDAY, JANUARY 15, 2022 AT 8:30 A.M.

These meetings are expected to be held in-person and broadcasted live via ZOOM. Members of the public will have the ability to provide public comment at the special meeting. Below are further instructions:

• To call into the meeting, dial 1 (646) 558-8656. It will prompt you for a meeting ID. Type 99501390087#. You do not need a participating ID, so just press#. To speak when prompted, you will need to press *6 to unmute yourself.
• To access the meeting using a smart phone or computer, you can download the free ZOOM app. You have to type in the meeting ID 99501390087 or click on https://zoom.us/j/99501390087. Please enter your full name. To speak when prompted, click on the "raise your hand" feature so that we may acknowledge that you wish to speak.
