The Borough submitted a FY 2023 Local Recreation Improvement Grant (LRIG) application to the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) on January 19, 2023. The engineer’s estimate of cost is $333,500.00. The application requested $100,000 in funding for proposed work at Mobus Field, consisting of the following:
Resurfacing of the existing basketball court.
Resurfacing of three existing tennis courts.
Conversion of one tennis court to four pickleball courts.
Reconfiguration of the tennis court and pickleball fencing.
